It's no secret that Boston's "North End" is predominately Italian. This modified fire alarm pole appears to offer directions to some of the more popular neighborhoods.
If you ever do get this part of Boston and you're looking for great pastries, here's a good thing to know... the tourists go Mike's, and those in the know go to Maria's.
